Commercial water heaters

Heavy duty commercial gas water heaters

Heavy duty gas storage equipment combines stored hot water with a higher burner input for recovery during busy periods. A 100 gallon class tank is one option, but the full load profile and installation decide the right model.

A commercial replacement is a system check

The existing heater's nameplate helps identify the equipment, but a new unit may have different dimensions, exhaust requirements or connections. Record the model, input, fuel and any recirculation or storage arrangement before requesting a quote.

Ask for sizing and the exact replacement model in writing. The installation plan should cover temporary loss of hot water, isolation, permits, commissioning and any needed changes to the gas or vent system.
