Commercial tankless water heating systems

Commercial tankless systems heat water on demand and can use multiple controlled units to meet a building's load. Capacity still has a limit: size at the actual temperature rise, concurrent demand and operating requirements.

Navien and Noritz model information

Our earlier commercial product information discussed Navien NPE-240A and NPE-240S units alongside the Noritz NCC1991. Those references identify different generations and models; do not apply today's A2 or S2 specification to an older unit without checking its nameplate.

A multiunit installation can allow service of one heater while others operate, but the remaining capacity still needs checking. Water treatment reduces scale; it does not remove annual maintenance and inspection requirements.

Confirm the right equipment and the complete price before you decide.
