Parts and labor are both covered.

  • Peace of mind

Water heaters leak after about 10 years on average. Leaks mean mold, mildew and flood damage.

No fine print hunt. If something breaks, we come and fix it.

How long is the cover?

Up to 15 years, depending on the heater you choose. The manufacturer's own warranty is separate: usually 6 years on a tank, and 15 years on a Navien heat exchanger.

We'll confirm the exact terms for your heater in writing before you buy.

Is your current heater still under warranty?

Manufacturers don't print the warranty end date on the heater. They use codes in the serial number that tell plumbers when it was made. Your heater may still be covered, which can save you $600 to $1,000.

Brandon's video shows how to read the code and check, along with why heaters leak and what to do first.

Leak first aid

Attach a hose to the drain valve, shut off the water, open a hot tap, drain the tank, then turn off the gas.
