Prices on the site are the prices listed in our online booking, and parts are priced separately. Your technician confirms the final price before any work starts.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it can contain mistakes, and prices, products and availability can change without notice.

Booking and the work itself

Online booking runs on Housecall Pro, and its terms apply to the booking tool. The price and scope of any job are agreed with you before work starts. The work is covered by our warranty, set out on our warranty page, and the equipment by its manufacturer's warranty.

Guides and videos

Our guides and videos are general information, not instructions for your home. Gas, water and electrical work can be dangerous and may need a permit. If you're not sure, call a licensed plumber. Any work you do yourself is at your own risk.
