Irvine Terrace is located at the north end of Corona del Mar. Irvine terrace is located between Fashion Island shopping mall, the Newport Harbor and the famous Corona del Mar flower streets. Irvine Terrace consists of mostly medium to large single family residences. We recommend a 50 gallon water heater for most of the houses in this area. Sometimes a 75 gallon or even 100 gallon water heater is necessary to fulfill the high water heating demands of larger homes. Harbor View Hills is a wonderful community of Corona del Mar. Most of the homes have medium to high demand for water heating. We recommend at least a 50 gallon water heater. Newport Coast and Crystal Cove Community
These areas may be some of the nicest communities I have ever seen. On the outskirts of Newport towards Laguna Beach the community has sweeping views of the pacific as well as city views. Newport coast has many large estate sized homes that will need 75 gallon water heaters or even a 100 gallon water heater. Many of these larger water heaters will also have recirculation pumps and expansion tanks. Newport Coast in a newer community and might have tankless water heaters installed.
The Zip code in Corona del Mar is 92625. The small city is located inside of Newport Beach. Corona del Mar has it’s chamber of commerce. Although the city of Corona del Mar is really part of Newport Beach the post office even allows mail titles with “Corona del Mar” to be delivered. The city council has a representative from Corona del Mar that reports to the Newport Beach city council.
