Sammy and Ben were great! Ben handled the logistics and was on point the entire time. They were super quick and were able to get to my place within the hour to replace my water heater. Sammy the tech was quick and efficient. In and out in about an hour and did a great job on the install. This is the second time I have used Quick and will continue using them.

The company, starting with Greg and Ben, then Brandon and Adam, were not just conscientious and courteous but extremely valuable in their consultative capacity. In contrast to others I have dealt with, they truly sought to inform me rather than trying to drive my decision or to "close a sale." I discussed frankly my "DIY" alternative and there was no pessimism or pressure, and I got the answers I needed to finalize my decision to replace, and the same with the more complex decision and tradeoffs of going tankless, and also they alerted me to the fact that I do not have a water pressure regulator, but, again, purely informatively, not in a "sales" mode, and referred me to resources to study further. I consider the price to have been competitive and also I have confidence in their guidance on the right model. They were punctual and once you know what you want, it is great to have it fully accomplished the next day. I recommend very highly the professionals who worked with me and the company they represent.

Ben was very professional and ran through diagnostics on my tankless water heater. He also flushed the system with descaling agent to remove buildup of debris in the water lines. I would recommend Quick Water Heater & Filtration. Thanks!

My very old tankless was on its way out and I needed a replacement. I sent over pictures and requested estimate over to Quick Water Heater. They were very fast to respond and was able to provide an estimate and availability promptly. I had very good experience with Sammy who replaced my tankless. He was very courteous, attentive and efficient. After the install was complete, he was very diligent in cleaning up the work area; very thankful for that. Overall great experience!

We've used Quick Water Heater & Filtration Company twice now and have been very happy both times. Our first install was back in 2019 with Gregg and Jacob, and everything went smoothly.

This time around, our Rheem water heater failed before reaching even 7 years, despite having a 12‑year warranty. Even though Quick is closed on weekends, Brandon texted me and set us up first thing Monday morning. Ben (sales) was extremely helpful, walked me through all the options, and made a genuine effort to get Rheem to honor the warranty. Unfortunately, Rheem couldn't provide a replacement and instead offered fair market compensation (still TBD). Not thrilled with Rheem, but Ben handled the situation professionally and kept me informed throughout.

We ultimately went with a Bradford White, and Sammy installed it the same day. His work was excellent--professional, efficient, and spotless cleanup. The Bradford White + installation was very reasonable and very surprisingly comparable to my prior installation.

Very impressed with Quick's responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to turn everything around in a single day. Highly recommend them.

We hired Quick Water Heater to replace our water heater and water pressure regulator, and had a great experience from start to finish. Sammy and Ben were both great to work with and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started. Sammy arrived on time for the installation, which went smooth, and he kept the job areas clean. Honest and reliable service - what more can you ask for. I highly recommend this team!

My water heater pilot light went out on a Saturday night, and by Sunday morning I noticed the unit was leaking. Quick Water Heater was the first to reach out to me when I asked for quotes on Yelp. I had some people coming over for a BBQ on Sunday afternoon and QWH was able to schedule an assessment by late morning and they showed up an hour early. Unfortunately I had to replace the whole unit, but QWH was able to swap it out by the middle of the day. The work was top notch, ahead of schedule, and everybody involved was great. I am didn't shop around for price comparisons since I wanted to get the work done as quickly as possible, but after talking to a few people it sounds like what I paid was below what others have at other larger companies. Overall I was completely satisfied with QWH and would recommend them to all!
