I called Quick and talked to Dimas for replacing our hotwater tank. He gave me a time for the next day. He came in the morning, and inspected our old tank. After agreeing on what to install, Erik brought a tankless water heater and replaced our old hotwater tank, all done in one day. Both Erik and Dimas were very professional and friendly. I waited a few weeks to see if any issues show up with the new installation, none so far. Everything is perfect. I'm happy with their work.

We wanted to get a whole house water filtration system so we could stop buying bottled water and just enjoy the taste of the fridge tap which always had an off taste and appeared a bit slimy despite the internal carbon filter. After researching a few different companies and sitting on the decision for months I finally contacted quick water heater, they got back to me within a few hours and Dimas left a message letting me know he could schedule something for me. He came out the next day to assess our situation and also let us know that our water heater was showing signs of corrosion (ended up finding the mfr date on it was in 2004, so pretty old). He also identified our need for a new pressure regulator because ours was out of code. This added up to more than we had initially planned on spending based on the quote online but he actually helped us get financing for part of the project through a bank they work with so we decided to go ahead and do everything he recommended. We even sprang for the tankless water heater because I feel like they are the way of the future...had some reservations because of cost but after doing more reading I realized that the brand they install is top-of-the-line and highly recommended so that made me feel good about our choice. Erik and Dimas came by a couple days later (on Saturday!) They were both very nice and professional and they did the work quickly in about 6 hours with no issues. They tested everything before they left and talked to us about maintenance and answered our questions. They left us with a nice clean-looking setup which we are happy with. The water tastes great now, it really is bottled quality which I was worried about, it smells nice and runs cleaner through the pipes and is really nice to shower in. The hot water takes about the same amount of time to heat, a little faster than our old tank I would say for the shower and kitchen sink, but it never runs out so that's nice when we take long showers or have the laundry or dishes going simultaneously. Too early to say if our bill will be less but it appears that it may be based on our SDGE usage email. Overall, definitely recommend this company and would call them again if we need them.

I chose Quick Water & Filtration Company over a few other contractors to replace my traditional water heater with a tankless; my project included also relocating the system to a different area of the garage; Dimas came in and explain the process very thorough and quoted us very competitive. Erik was our technician and he immediately understood what he needed to do to reroute the pipes based on our requirements, he then did an outstanding installation. One thing I wanted to note is that they showed me step by step how to pull the city permit myself which I thought was nice; couple of weeks later I had a video session with the City Inspector who approved the installation and said that it was flawless. I recommend Quick Water Heater & Filtration Company and will consider them again for future projects.

My 15-year-old 75-gallon tank gas water heater failed over the weekend, so I decided not to repair it so that I might get a few more years out of it. Since I had already planned to eventually change over to a new tankless gas water heater, I decided to request for quotes through Yelp. Quick was one of several companies that responded to my inquiry within minutes from when I placed my request. Camille, from Quick's office, was able to have Tom call me right back to discuss my requirements and he was able to provide a budgetary quote following our discussion. The following day, Tom come out to my house first thing in the morning to firm up their proposal which was priced the same as his earlier budgetary quote (no surprises!). Tom was punctual, very thorough, professional, and responded very quickly to my many follow-up calls. Of the four proposals I received Quick was the second to the lowest price. Quick's proposal was however much less than the other two high proposals. My Wife and I was leaning towards Quick because of the many positive reviews and their warranty program but we needed to address the price gap between Quick's proposal and the lowest price proposal. Tom was able to work with us to meet our budget requirements.The next day, Quick's technician, Joseph, was assigned to remove our old water heater unit and install the new tankless water heater. I am very impressed with Joseph's professionalism as he was constantly updating me on the progress from before he arrived at my house, during the progress, and at the completion of the project. As a retired engineer, I had a lot of questions regarding the installation process, the new tankless water heater, and the tools used. Joseph was very patient and cordial and he was able to explain everything to my satisfaction. As promised, Joseph installed the new tankless water heater and had it functional by the end of the day. Happy Wife, happy life!Overall, I am very satisfied with the Quick Team. Camille and Tom were very responsive from the beginning, and Joseph did an excellent job in the installation. Great company & awesome service!Our water heater started reverberating, making our bedroom wall reverberate (tank's on the outside). It sounded like it was going to explode (my wife wouldn't even take her shower that morning).Adam was sent out & figured out the problem in about 30 seconds. With all this heavy rain we've had recently, the rain blew just at the right angle to pound the water heater encasement, getting water all over the heater & pooling at the bottom. Turns out our contractor didn't do the greatest job installing & left lots of areas in the piping unsealed. Adam sucked out all the water, absorbed any remaining water & then proceeded to seal everywhere my contractor didn't with tar so it won't happen again. This may sound silly, but I was impressed Adam absorbed any remaining water after sucking out the water pool. Sucking it out would've been perfectly fine & the rest will dry throughout the day, but he took that extra step to go above and beyond.Thank you to Quick Water Heater & especially Adam!
